1 Introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest
1.1 The start of the Committee meeting was delayed due to issues arising with the attendance of Ministers at the meeting.
1.2 Apologies were received from the Chair, Delyth Jewell MS. The Committee agreed to elect Heledd Fychan MS as a temporary Chair in accordance with Standing Order 17.22.
1.3 The temporary Chair welcomed Members to the meeting of the Culture, Communications, Welsh Language, Sport, and International Relations Committee.
2 Scrutiny of the Welsh Government Draft Budget 2023-24: Evidence session with the Minister for Economy and Deputy Minister for Arts and Sport, and Chief Whip
2.1 The Committee heard evidence from the Minister for Economy, and Deputy Minister for Arts and Sport, and Chief Whip.
2.2 The Committee agreed to write to request additional information relating to the session.
3 Scrutiny of the Welsh Government Draft Budget 2023-24: Evidence session with the Minister for Education and Welsh Language

5 Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public from the remainder of this meeting and for the first two items of the meeting scheduled for 2 February 2023

6.1 The Committee agreed to write to the Arts Council of Wales; National Library of Wales; and National Museum Wales in relation to its scrutiny of the Welsh Government Draft Budget 2023-24.
7 Supplementary Legislative Consent Memoranda on the Online Safety Bill (No.3 and No.4)
7.1 The Committee noted the Legal Advice Note and agreed to consider a draft Report at its next meeting scheduled for 2 February 2023.
